Géza Verik brings 40 years of business and organizational skills developed in the manufacturing industry to Property Management. His professionalism and integrity are key to his ability to craft solutions to the unique challenges owners face in managing investment properties. Géza is a member of the Midwest Organization of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and is an Accredited Commercial Practitioner (ACP).

Anna Kirby

Anna Kirby has managed over 1500 residential units and $30 million dollars in renovations and capital improvements. She is an Illinois Licensed Realtor, a National Kitchen and Bath Association certified designer, and is working on becoming an IREM  Certified Property Manager. Tapping into her wide-ranging experience covering many aspects of properties and management, Anna pushes herself and the Claritas team to be better every day.
