Pet Policy
Not all buildings accept pets. Please check specifics on available units.
$300 One time, non-refundable pet fee, per dog or cat (it’s a fee, not a deposit). A picture of the pet must be sent to the property manager as well as proof of legally required vaccinations. A pet addendum will be added to the lease.
$25 pet fee per month per dog or cat
Details:
- Please see list below of forbidden dog breeds and mixed breeds.
- No wild animals (part wolf, feral cats, raccoons, squirrels, etc.)
- Weight limit per animal/combined (80 pound total weight limit)
- Max number of pets allowed (not in cages, 2. In and out of cages, 4)
- If it’s not a cat or a dog, it must be kept in a cage 100% of the time.
- Snakes are forbidden, whether caged or not.
- Fish tank water gallons limit, each and total: 20 gallon limit on a concrete slab on grade. 10 gallon limit over a crawl space, storage area, another unit, etc.
- Applicants and Residents requesting accommodation for a disability can expect to be held accountable to the HUD guidelines:
